Cinnamon
'-Cinnamon bark - Cortex Cinnamomi: Cinnamon bark curled into a tube, 25 - 40cm long, 1.5 - 5cm diameter, or curved pieces 3 - 5cm wide 1-5mm thick, gray-brown outer surface, inner surface is reddish brown to dark brown, easy to break, and reddish brown with little fibers.
